When a partner supplies branding assets (logos, graphics, audio) for customization, the partner retains ownership of those assets and grants Red Tail Fox a limited license to use them solely for the agreed integration.

We aim to keep games and platform features available and performant, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Free integration support is provided as described on our Pricing page and applicable partner agreements.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Tail Fox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website, games, or platform.

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the website or our products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
